Senior Project Manager – Operations, Business Performance


What we are looking for:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from conception through completion. You will manage complex projects and respond quickly to changing issues and priorities involving multiple departments and stakeholders. This is a senior role that requires managing several moving parts in multiple projects simultaneously.

Project management responsibilities include but are not limited to the coordination and completion of projects on time and within scope. You will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor the progress of projects, which will be summarized in reports for upper management.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in project management roles that required collaborating with internal and external business partners to meet the current and anticipated needs of the company.
  • Direct several complex projects simultaneously by utilizing the tools, techniques, and methodologies of professional project management.
  • Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative, as well as work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills with a proven track record of bringing complex projects to successful completion on time and within scope.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo while able to work diplomatically to keep stakeholders engaged.
  • Facilitate team leader discussions to define the process for identifying and documenting issues in a project and recommending corrective action.
  • Acts as a champion for business process changes; crafts solutions for business problems tangential to Operation’s goals and OKRs.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft applications that may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other web-based applications.
